Expiry
Set an expiration date for file viewing. Users can only view the coated file within the time period specified by the file owner
View Count Limit
Set the number of times the coated files can be viewed. When the viewing limit for a coated file is set, the view count for that coated file cannot exceed that limit

"Any logged-in user": Anyone logged into Dico can view the files.
"Authenticated user only": Coated file can only be viewed by the designated recipient. It is only accessible to recipient who has been indicated by the owner.
"User input method": [Direct input] Users should directly type their email or mobile number, which must match the information you (the file owner) specified. [Dropdown menu] Users can select their email or mobile number from a dropdown menu.
"Email me one time, when it is first viewed" means that only the first view per user notifies you (the file owner).
You can check a user's access in a tracking menu.
Tip: If you set authentication to your email or mobile number, you'll need to share the verification code with others. While this method requires sharing information, it effectively prevents unauthorized sharing. It's best suited for sharing with small groups.

Block Screen
The screen will be blocked if the user switches to another app, minimizes the coated file, or tries to do anything else while viewing it on PC.
No Photo Taking
This option hinders the ability to take a picture of a file using a phone.
Selecting "Yes (Single-page)" enables access to files from both mobile and PC devices. Selecting "Yes (Multiple-page, PC only)" enables access to files only on PC devices.
To effectively hinder a recipient from taking a picture with another phone, we recommend enabling "Recipient Watermark", "No Photo Taking", and "Authentication".
Recipient Watermark
Set whether a real-time watermark, containing the recipient's IP address, mobile number, or email address, should be displayed on the coated file.
